Shipping & Tracking

Thank you for shopping with HomeCozify! We understand that you're excited to receive your furniture, and we want to keep you informed every step of the way. Here's how you can track your order:


1. Order Confirmation:  (Status: Ordered)
Once you've successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and your shipping address. Please keep this email for reference.

2. Processing and Shipment: (Status: Order Processed/Order Ready)
After your order has been received, our team will start processing it. This involves carefully preparing your furniture for shipment from our vendors.  Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email and can be tracked through our website.

3. Tracking Your Order: (Status: In Transit)
To track your order, simply click on the view button in the shipment email. This will redirect you to the tracking platform to get the most up-to-date information of your package. As the transition will involve overseas logistic and custom clearance, please stay tune as this status may last for 2 to 3 weeks. 

4. Delivery Updates: (Status: Out for Delivery/Delivered)
As your order makes its way to you. You'll be able to see when it's received by HomeCozify local warehouse for delivery. Our customer services will contact your to arrange the delivery time to your home. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on any unforeseen circumstances during transit.

At HomeCozify, we carefully check and pack your products before dispatch, which may take up to 2-3 weeks. For select made-to-order items, there may be an extended lead time, clearly indicated on the product detail page.
